DMA Corporate Advisory Partners (CAPs) understand the importance of cultural competence as an imperative for leaders in a multicultural society and a global economy. CAPs serve as advisers to the Vice Provost and Chief Diversity Officer, Dr. Taffye Benson Clayton. These leaders understand the importance of cultural and soft skill competencies and a global mindset as an imperative for leaders in a multicultural society and a global economy. CAPs organizations partner with DMA to provide unique skill-integrated pre-professional development opportunities for students who will fuel the diversity talent pipeline needs of the public, non-profit, and private sectors. CAPs participants make a commitment to shape the future of diversity, inclusion, and cultural competence development for our students. CAPs serve as invested corporate partners for DMAs signature programs for students, providing resources and support that will expose our students to a range of experiences in the community, the nation, and throughout the world.
